The RallySprint race in Yaiza will return next month for its second edition after last year’s great reception from motoring fans.

This August the RallySprint race in Yaiza will take place on Friday the 26th and Saturday the 27th. The second edition of the race comes after a great reception from motoring fans last year.
The race is promoted by the Yaiza Ayuntamiento and organised by the Evesport Club with the support of the Las Palmas Inter-Island Motoring Federation, the Canary Islands Motoring Federation and the Lanzarote Cabildo.
The opening and closing ceremonies will take place in the Plaza del Carmen in Playa Blanca. Starting on Friday the 26th, the section between Las Casitas and Las Breñas (through Femés) will start at 21:30. On Saturday the 27th, the racing will start at 9:30 and finish at 15:00 with the prize-giving ceremony in the Plaza del Carmen in Playa Blanca.
The next event for the RallySprint race will be on the 23rd of August, when the official presentation of the event and entry list will be read out. Toñín Suárez and co-driver Gabriel Espino were crowned champions of the first RallySprint race last year, in their Porsche 911 GT3.
