Fisherman have denounced the theft of a boat and various motors on the Charco de San Ginés in Arrecife.
The thieves removed the boats from their moorings, ran them aground and then removed the motor and all other equipment on board. Four boats have been affected, of which three have been located. Losses so far total an estimated €4,000.
Fishermen in the area have called for more vigilance around the Charco.
