Mayor of Yaiza, Óscar Noda, has signed an agreement along with the Canary Islands Housing Institute Director, María Isabel Santana Marrero, for a 42,000 square metre plot in Playa Blanca to be used for the construction of social housing.
The 42,253 square metre plot is located at Montaña Roja and will be used as part of Yaiza Ayuntamiento’s sustainable social housing plan. They are now waiting for the draft design and construction plans, as well as the contract to put out to tender.
