This coming Sunday, temperatures in Lanzarote could exceed 32 degrees! Along with it is the potential return of the dreaded calima.
AEMET forecast that another calima will come this weekend, and with it will come very hot temperatures. Many residents and tourists have noticed that there have seemingly been many more calimas this year than years previous, at one point last month it seemed as if it never ended.
The skies will remain mostly clear so it is important that you seek shade this weekend, wear a high SPF sun cream and drink plenty of water!
