A boat carrying 43 migrants has been rescued off the coast of Lanzarote, including seven women.
A patera was spotted this weekend and was located shortly after, 80 kilometres off the coast of Lanzarote. The 43 migrants were trying to reach Lanzarote.
After they were located, rescue services brought them to the dock in Arrecife.
According to emergency services, they are in good health and none of them needed to be taken to the Dr Jose Molina Orosa hospital in Arrecife.
