The Mayor of San Bartolomé, Isidro Perez, presented this year’s Carnival program which will take place between February 22nd and March 4th.

Celebrations Councilor, Esefania Luzardo, outlined the program and highlighted that there is a special emphasis on children, with games and carnival-themed workshops in Montaña Blanca, Güime and El Islote.
