The Brits in Spain Facebook page have just announced that an agreement has been approved by Spain’s Consejo de Ministros, allowing UK licence holders to exchange their licences for a Spanish one without having to take a test.
“We expect affected UK licence holders to be able to drive again from Thursday, once notes have been exchanged between governments.”
