Two women injured in collision on the LZ-40

Two women were injured when their vehicles collided last night.

The incident took place on the LZ-40 (airport – Puerto del Carmen) road at around 11 pm. One of the victims suffered whiplash and pain in the upper body, while the other suffered “moderate” injuries to the arms and legs.

Both were transported to the Dr José Molina Orosa Hospital for further treatment.
