The Tías Ayuntamiento have announced that it has solved over 70% of issues reported on the Linea Verde app, which allows residents to report incidents of fly-tipping, breakages, and more.
The Linea Verde app allows residents to report incidents through their mobile phone directly to the Ayuntamiento. From February to July over 2,500 incidents were reported, of which 1,940 have been resolved.
Most of the reported incidents related to pavement and road damage, as well as road cleaning, public gardens, street furniture, painting, and wall maintenance.
Reporting incidents in your municipality
The Linea Verde works in most municipalities on the island. To report an incident yourself, simply download the app “Linea Verde” and click on the “new incident” button. A drop-down menu will appear where you can select the type of incident.
The app automatically detects your location and will send it to the appropriate Ayuntamiento.
