Price of housing in Costa Teguise growing twice as fast as municipal average

The average price of housing in Costa Teguise has increased by 13.7% in the past 12 months, while the average for the Teguise municipality increased by 6.5%.

According to real estate site idealista.com – 100 square metres costs on average 238,100 euros in the Teguise municipality, however, in Costa Teguise it would cost 283,500 euros which is 45,400 euros more.

Compare this to a year ago where 100 square metres cost on average 223,500 euros in the municipality and 249,300 euros in Costa Teguise.

In the last quarter, average prices of housing in Teguise rose by 4.6% but rose by 10.8% in Costa Teguise.
