The Cabildo have announced the opening of the new office at the bus station in Playa Blanca, allowing users to recharge cards in the southern station rather than at the Arrecife station.
The new information office at the Playa Blanca bus station is a welcome addition to the south of the island and will put a stop to locals having to take a trip up to the main station at Arrecife to recharge their resident travel cards. The new office will be open Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm.
In addition to this, those wanting to use the cards can now get them at the new office.
CONTACTLESS PAYMENT TRIAL
The number 30 line, that covers Playa Blanca, is currently trialling a contactless payment method on the buses to allow users to pay by card rather than cash only.
