If you’re looking for a fun, unique and challenging activity in Puerto del Carmen. Look no further than Crazy Minigolf Lanzarote – the only 18-hole minigolf course on the island, with views of the sea and a fully stocked bar.

The idea for Crazy Minigolf Lanzarote was conceived by owner Paul after Covid, when he suddenly had a lot of space freed up in what used to be a large office space overlooking Puerto del Carmen’s stunning seafront.

So, after deciding on what he wanted to do with the space, he got down to work, designed the course and transformed the space into the island’s only 18-hole minigolf course.

The course is located in a large, airy room with a perfect view of the blue sea and Puerto del Carmen’s famous Avenida de las Playas. There’s no feeling of being cooped up at all, and with the summer heat on the way, many players will be thankful for the shade!

“It’s shady. It’s like being on the Strip, but you don’t have to worry about getting sunburnt”, Paul told us.

In contrast to many minigolf courses, the Crazy Minigolf Lanzarote course was designed to challenge all ages. We gave it a go ourselves and each of the holes are trickier than they look!

That’s where it differs to most, it’s a welcoming environment that can be enjoyed by all. Whether you’re a couple, group of friends or family. The course is well suited to challenge even the most experienced minigolf players.

Being located indoors also means that the holes remain absolutely pristine, with no leaves or debris. The course also takes on another aspect after dark, as lights and glow-in-the-dark decoration enhance the experience.

There’s also a fully stocked bar at the entrance to the course, where you can purchase your tickets as well as order from a selection of local Spanish beers (on tap and bottled), spirits, slushies and soft drinks.

Crazy Minigolf Lanzarote is located in the La Peñita Shopping Centre at 19-21 Avenida de las Playas 57, Puerto del Carmen, upstairs next to the Music Hall Tavern. For directions, click here.

The course is open every day of the week from 10am until 11:30pm, and a round of golf costs €8 for adults, €6 for children 12 and under.
