Mein Schiff 7 cruise embarks on maiden voyage

TUI Cruises’ Mein Schiff 7 ship is currently on its maiden voyage through the Canary Islands. It docked in Arrecife last Friday and saw 3,000 German tourists explore the capital for the day.

The Mein Schiff 7 set off from Palma de Mallorca on October 20^th, arrived in Gibraltar on the 22^nd & Cadiz on the 23^rd before making its way to Arrecife’s port on the 25^th as the first stop upon arrival in the Canary Islands.

The ship left Arrecife on the 26^th and later arrived in Fuerteventura before heading to Gran Canaria on the 27^th, Santa Cruz de la Palma on the 28^th and is currently making its journey to Funchal.

The Mein Schiff 7 is scheduled to arrive in Arrecife 12 more times over the course of the current cruise season, which ends May 2025.

Last weekend Arrecife’s port received five large cruise ships and more than 15,000 passengers.
