Lottery lands in Playa Blanca

The sunny southern resort of Playa Blanca has been showered with lottery winnings after a vendor sold the winning ONCE Cupón Diario tickets in the heart of the town.

ONCE’s daily coupons offer a grand prize of 500,000 euros as well as a series of smaller prizes of 35,000 euros. Local vendor, Antonio Gil, sold seven winning tickets totalling 245,000 euros on May 1^st.

That’s not a bad way to start the month if you ask us.
