Yesterday, a hiker had to be airlifted to hospital after suffering an injury on the Camino de los Gracioseros.
The emergency services were alerted to an incident on the Camino de los Gracioseros at approximately 4pm yesterday afternoon.
Upon arrival at the scene, they found a hiker with a possible fractured ankle which she couldn’t move. Due to the landscape on the Camino de los Gracioseros, the emergency services had to call for an air ambulance to take her to the Dr José Molina Orosa Hospital.
