Four people have been taken to the main hospital in Arrecife after a car crash that took place on the LZ-2 near Mácher last night.
At approximately 10pm, the emergency services were alerted to the crash on the LZ-2 between two cars, one of which was a taxi.
Police, fire fighters and ambulance arrived at the scene to find the four occupants who had all suffered minor injuries. They were assessed by the ambulance staff before being taken to the Dr Jose Molina Orosa hospital in Arrecife for further treatment.
The fire fighters disconnected the car batteries and controlled the traffic flow until the cars were removed.
