A 72-year-old fishermen was taken to hospital yesterday after suffering from a fall in a rocky zone by the coast.
The accident took place shortly before 3pm in Punta Mujeres, and the first responders confirmed that the victim had suffered a hip injury.
He was stabilized and transferred to the hospital in Arrecife.
