Dr José Molina Orosa hospital opens new family room

The Dr José Molina Orosa hospital in Arrecife announced the opening of its new family room that allows families with young children to relax in for those that have to come to the hospital regularly.

The presentation of the room was attended by the DinoSol Supermercados director, Davinia Domínguez, and the president of the Fundación DinoSol, Virginia Ávila. They were joined by the hospital director and staff, along with councillors from the Cabildo and architect responsible for the project, Belén Gil.

The new family room comes decorated with playful colours to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for families with young children. The project was conceived in response to the need for a space within the hospital design for families who have to come to the hospital regularly.

They recognised the “tensions and worries” that families face when their relatives are being treated and collaborated in this project to create a cozy and relaxing space.
