Disabled Yaiza resident seeking support to buy an adapted vehicle

A severely disabled Yaiza resident is seeking support to buy an adapted vehicle.

NaiaraArteaga Zubillaga, a young woman from Yaiza, was born with congenital deformations that left her without arms and one leg. Despite this, she has recently passed her driving test.

Although she can afford a car, the cost of the adaptations that would be required to grant her the independence she wishes for is well beyond her means, so she has issued an appeal for donations via GoFundMe.

“Any contribution, large or small, will help and I will be deeply grateful,” writes Naiara, who is seeking a target of €70,000.  The GoFundMe page can be found at
