Cruisers confirmed for Playa Blanca this autumn

The Canarian Government has confirmed that cruisers will arrive at Playa Blanca from next autumn.

Pablo Rodríguez, the Canarian Minister for Public Works and Mobility, stated that small- and medium-sized cruisers would be arriving at the southern port during the 2025-2026 season in response to a query from representative Oswaldo Betancort. Rodríguez added that this had been possible due to the support of Lanzarote’s Cabildo, of which Betancort is president.

According to Rodríguez, major companies operating in the area have been attracted, ensuring the arrival of “quality cruises”.
