19 migrants have been confirmed dead after their boat sank at sea on the Canarian Route.
Migrant support charity, Caminando Fronteras, confirmed yesterday the death of 19 migrants who died at sea on the “Canarian Route” after their boat has sunk.
Helena Maleno, spokesperson for the charity, tweeted “TRAGEDY. Nineteen people have been confirmed dead, including seven women and a child, in a boat that sank this morning on the Canarian Route. The delay in the rescues continues to leave victims. #DEP.”
