The Arrecife Ayuntamiento wish to inform residents that a fire at the bus depot this morning, which has been extinguished, will leave the service inoperable until more is known.

Mobility Councilor, Ángela Hernández, is in contact with the municipal bus service and Emergency Consortium to decide what the best decision going forward will be. When more information is available about the fire and affected vehicles, the local bus service will resume as normal.
No one was injured in the fire, as it occurred when the depot was empty.
UPDATE (Friday 18th, 10:21am):
The municipal bus service has been particially resumed, after a fire at the depot early this morning which affected two vehicles.
The Ayuntamiento have put three vehicles back into operation, one of which operates on line 1 and the other two on line 3.
The rest of the fleet were not affected by the fire and will operate normally once they are cleaned and cleared for use.
