A recent survey of 1,544 visitors to the CACT tourist centres has revealed that 93% said that they enjoyed a “satisfactory” experience in the restaurants.

Lanzarote Cabildo Mayor, María Dolores Corujo, states “this is the result of the work done to reverse the historical neglect of an essential part of the centres. We will continue to work to be more competitive.”.
The results of the survey also show that 65% of visitors found that the restaurants “exceeded expectations”, and that 70% rated the prices positively.
CACT CEO, Benjamín Perdomo, assured that “this survey shows us that things can be changed with hard work and effort, and that the centre restaurants are now moving in the right direction.”.
Encouraging results
The restaurants at the Castillo de San José, Casa Museo del Campesino, and the Mirador del Río are the most recommended by visitors (75%, 63%, and 68%).
Castillo de San José leads the ranking in the exceeded expectations ranking with 82.5%, followed by the Jardín de Cactus (72.7%), and the Casa Museo del Campesino (68%).
Additionally, 90% of those surveyed considered the quality/price ratio of the restaurant in the Castillo to be “very adequate.”
