Arrecife will open two new cruise passenger terminals in the first months of 2025, ready to receive a larger number of arrivals.
Last November it was announced that Arrecife would open two new cruise passenger terminals. The first terminal at the Naos dock, will be a single floor with a space of 1,106 square metres and will provide services for transit and port operations, focusing on operational efficiency. The Los Mármoles terminal will be a 556 square metre facility and have the capacity to serve up to three ships simultaneously.
This week, Arrecife Mayor, Yonathan de León Machín, expressed his satisfaction with the speed in which the works are progressing. Initially, the terminals were reported to open in autumn of this year, however, that has since been delayed to the first months of 2025.
The two new terminals will come at a cost of more than 15 million euros.
