Two 38-year-old men were injured yesterday when their car flipped onto its side after hitting a stationary vehicle.
The incident was reported at 6.49 am on Calle La Palma in Puerto del Carmen. On arrival, emergency services discovered that one man had managed to leave the vehicle of his own accord, while passers-by had helped the other occupant out by breaking a window.
The men were taken to hospital while firefighters cleaned the road.
