The Tias Ayuntamiento are still improving the neglected streets in the municipality. This week, starting on two new streets.

After months or years of neglect, certain problem streets in the municipality are finally being repaired and repaved. This week (today and tomorrow) the council will turn to Calle Guanapay and Calle Guataca as part of their plan to resurface a total of 22 streets.

Next week the council will move to the Los Mojones area, adding to the repaving that has already been completed on Calle Princesa Guayarmina, Tanausú, Rompimiento, Laja, El Toscón, Piedra Negra and Punta del Barquillo.

In total the repaving project will cost 510,775 euros.
