The Teguise Ayuntamiento invites its residents and visitors to come and watch the official Christmas lights switch-on event today.
The Ayuntamiento have announced that today, Monday November 28th, at 7pm, the Mayor of Teguise will be present in the inauguration of the municipality’s Christmas spirit as they switch on the lights from the Plaza de Los Leones de la Real Villa.
At 7pm in the Plaza de Los Leones de la Real Villa, Mayor of Teguise, Oswaldo Betancort, Will switch on the Christmas lights in the historic village of Teguise. Expect to see lit arches, trees and other Christmas ornaments.
“I invite everyone in the town of Teguise who can come today to see how our historic centre is filled with light and illusion as a prelude to a programme of events”, stated Betancort.
The full Christmas events programme for Teguise hasn’t been released yet, however, we will keep you updated when it’s released.
