La Villa de Teguise opened its Christmas Market yesterday, filling the centre of the ancient island capital with lights colour and festive spirit.
The market will continue for the next three days, until Monday 8th December, and will be open from 10:30 am – 8:30 pm
The market has 33 stalls offering crafts, decorations, gifts and local food and drink, a children’s area including flying chairs, a merry-go-round and a carousel, and a traditional Christmas train running through the streets.
This year, you can also find Santa Claus’s House inside the Palacio Spínola, the old mansion opposite the lions in the square.
The full programme, in English, can be found here.
