Lanzarote’s third annual Agriculture, Livestock and Fishing fair will continue today and tomorrow at the Agrotechnological Complex between la Villa de Teguise and San Bartolomé.
The fair will feature displays of livestock and local produce, several workshops and concerts.
Today, Saturday, June 8, there’ll be a cookery display at 1 pm.; a fishhook-tying workshop at 1:15 pm, and a concert by Guagime at 2 pm. Later, there’ll be a wine tasting at 3.30 pm, prize giving for best male livestock at 5:00 p.m., and gofio tasting and a donkey race, both at 6 pm.
Tomorrow, June 9, there’ll be a sweet potato tasting, at 11:30 am and a cheese and wine workshop at 11:45 am. At 1:00 p.m. the Los Valles tasting session will take place. The fair will close at 4:30 p.m.
Admission is free.
