The Arrecife local police have arrested the alleged perpetrator of an attack on a taxi driver yesterday.
According to reports, the taxi driver became involved in an argument with the alleged perpetrator over a potential traffic violation.
The emergency services arrived at the scene to find the taxi driver with injuries and his car damaged. The driver was treated by ambulance staff with injuries to his head.
The alleged perpetrator was later arrested by the Arrecife local police.
