A swimmer was saved by lifeguards on one of Playa Blanca’s beaches last Saturday.
At approximately 6pm last Saturday, lifeguards on one of Playa Blanca’s beaches spotted the woman having difficulties in the water. They pulled her to the beach and began performing first aid procedures as the emergency services were called.
An ambulance arrived to stabilise the swimmer before taking them for further treatment at the Dr José Molina Orosa hospital in Arrecife where she was admitted in serious condition.
