A 41-year-old man is provisional custody after being charged with attempted murder following a stabbing in a bar in Charco del Palo.
The incident occurred at midnight on Saturday, when two men of Spanish nationality got into a fight. One then stabbed the other and fled, being arrested on the following day. The victim was stabilised by emergency services before being taken to hospital.
The alleged attacker was provisionally imprisoned while formal charges are prepared.
