Calm conditions have meant that six pateras have been intercepted off Lanzarote waters since Wednesday evening.
A total of 275 migrants have been escorted to the Commercial Pier in Arrecife, where they will receive medical check-ups before being taken to the camp for newly-arrived migrants near the police station, or special facilities for women and children.
