Robert Campbell, the Scottish tourist whose body was discovered on Tuesday, appears to have died of natural causes, according to police sources. However, an autopsy will still be required to confirm this.
Campbell went missing a week earlier after leaving the hospital in Arrecife, which he had attended after suffering pain and missing his flight home. His body was later discovered by the road to San Bartolomé.
