Emergency services are currently searching for a sailor who went missing when the yacht he was on ran aground off the coast of Tenesar, in northern Lanzarote.
Two other crew members were rescued from the yacht yesterday. All three are of Russian nationality.
The search for the missing sailor is being carried out by Maritime Rescue, the Guardia Civil, firefighters, Helimar and the Tinajo local police.
