Rubbish containers burned in Playa Blanca

Fire fighters were called to a hotel in Playa Blanca yesterday after reports of a rubbish container fire.

Yesterday afternoon, the emergency services were alerted to bins near a hotel in Playa Blanca that were on fire.

Upon arrival, fire fighters found that three glass recycling containers and one cardboard recycling container were on fire. Hotel workers managed to contain the fire until the fire fighters arrived to put out any remaining flames and verify that it was completely extinguished.
