Registration for the “Telamon Rules” cross-training sports event in Puerto Calero is now open, the 4th edition will take place on October 25th & 26th.
“Telamon Rules”, one of the most important cross-training events in the Canary Islands, will arrive in Puerto Calero on October 25th and 26th. However, this year edition brings with it a new twist – it will be preceded by the first edition of the new “Basalto Rules” competition.
“Basalto Rules” is a hybrid test that combines strength and endurance exercises. With an estimated duration of between 35 – 50 minutes, this first edition will be held on Friday, October 24th, from 4pm to 9pm, with the possibility of participating in two categories: Open Category (medium or low sports history) with 90 places available (30 female, 30 male and 30 mixed couples) and Basalt Category (high sports history) with 30 male and 30 mixed couples.
Registrations for “Basalto Rules” will remain open until August 31st at this website www.competitioncorner.net, by entering the venue in the search bar.
Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th October are reserved for “Telamon Rules”, with 170 available places for athletes with experience in gymnastics, weightlifting, running, swimming and other components of cross-training.
Divided into three categories, the places will be distributed as follows: Climbing, with 30 female, 20 male and 20 mixed pairs, Intermediate, with 20 female, 30 male and 20 mixed pairs, and RX (advanced level) with 20 male and 10 mixed pairs.
On Saturday 25th the day will run from 8am to 9:30pm, while on Sunday 26th the competition will conclude at approximately 4pm.
