Puerto del Carmen residents startled after swimming pool pump explosion

Residents of Calle Grecia in Puerto del Carmen were startled after the explosion of a swimming pool heat pump in a villa on Friday night.

When firemen arrived on the scene after an explosion and fire had been reported, they found that Local Police had already attended the scene and extinguished the fire.

The firefighters entered the property in order to shut off the power.
