The 2nd edition of the Summer Crafts Fair in Puerto del Carmen kicked off yesterday afternoon, in the Plaza del Varadero, by the Tías Ayuntamiento’s Deputy Mayor, Nicolás Saavedra. Check out the pictures from the day.

Yesterday afternoon, the Deputy Mayor of Tías, Nicolás Saavedra, the Cabildo’s Crafts Councillor, Carmen Guadalupe, and the Commerce Councillor, Kalinda Pérez, opened the 2nd edition of the Summer Crafts Fair in Puerto del Carmen.
A total of 45 Canarian Artisans, including nine from Tenerife, will be exhibiting and selling their creation in an events programme which includes group workshops from 7pm and ambient music from 7:30pm.
On Friday, August 26th, there will be a pottery workshop for children, with the entertainment group El Golpito performing.
On Saturday, August 27th, another pottery workshop for children will take place and the timplista Gabriel will play live.
On Sunday, August 28th, there will be a dyeing workshop for adults with music by Alex Lemes.
