Thursday 11th December will see the opening of the Christmas Craft Fair at the Plaza de las Naciones at Playa de los Pocillos in Puerto del Carmen.
The fair will include numerous craft stalls, with Portugal featuring as the guest country, showcasing the country’s handcrafted ceramic tiles and handmade cork mats.
There’ll also be food stalls, workshops for children and adults, a music corner, tastings of local products, a 360-degree Christmas tunnel, a children’s play area, and performances by groups such as El Golpito, El Pavón, Pal’Porrón, Guágaro, Rubicón, Bohemia, the Beatrice Senent Dance School, Alma Rocío, and Héctor Rodríguez, among others.
Tías mayor José Juan Cruz invites “residents and visitors alike to disconnect and share these days as a community, and to feel that Tías is a welcoming, vibrant place full of opportunities.”
The fair will be open from 4:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m from Thursday 11th to Sunday 14th December, except for the food area, which will close at 10:00 p.m.
