Playa Blanca will have a rock-climbing wall next summer

Playa Blanca will have a 10-metre rock-climbing wall by next summer, after the Cabildo announced funding of €195,000 for the project.

The wall will be located in the Parque Atlántico and will feature ascents of varying difficulties, suitable for free climbing, climbing with ropes and rappelling.

Offers will be accepted for the contract this month, with the award expected at the start of next year.  Works are expected to be completed in spring or summer.
