Five rubbish bins have been set on fire and destroyed in Uga this morning.
At approximately 4am this morning, the emergency services were called to rubbish bins near the church in Uga after reports of a fire.
Upon arrival, fire fighters found all five bins on fire. The fires were safely extinguished and no injuries were reported, however, the five bins were destroyed and will have to be replaced.
There seems to be no end to the rubbish bin fires on Lanzarote, with a report (or multiple) of fires coming every week.
