My name is Alex, and I am originally from Tenerife, although my family roots go back to Lanzarote. I graduated in Business Administration from university and have work in the banking sector on this island for some years.
Throughout my life, I have had the opportunity to live in the United Kingdom, France, and other exotic countries, but I have always felt a special connection with Lanzarote; This is where I really want to be!
For more than 8 years, I have been the director of the Lanzarote Agents agency, and I must say that I love my job. My passion consists of helping my clients find the home of their dreams and accompanying them on this exciting journey towards acquiring their home in Lanzarote. Additionally, I speak six languages and enjoy sharing my knowledge about this wonderful island with friends and clients alike.

My name is Alina, and I’m originally from Germany. I graduated in tourism on the charming island of Lanzarote. From a young age, I’ve had an unwavering passion for travel and immersing myself in new cultures. This passion led me to live in vibrant cities like Paris and Sydney, where I had the opportunity to enrich my understanding of the world and hone my language skills.
Despite my adventures around the world, I’ve always maintained a deep connection with Lanzarote, my home since childhood. My favourite escape is taking long walks exploring its unique landscapes.
In both my personal and professional life, I’m guided by a strong commitment to human relationships and a service-oriented attitude. I firmly believe that every interaction is an opportunity to enrich the lives of others, and I’m committed to giving my best in every task I undertake.
Vivien Koark
Since my arrival in Lanzarote in 2006, this island has become my home.
Originally, I’m from Germany, where I studied tourism and worked in the industry for many years, I have gained valuable experience in interacting with people from diverse cultures and languages. However, it was here, among the volcanoes and the sea, where I found my true passion: the real estate sector. My goal is to share the paradise I discovered with others, helping them find their own home in this dreamland.
Together with my husband and our son, we enjoy exploring the island and capturing its most beautiful spots with our camera. Every corner of Lanzarote is an opportunity to create unforgettable memories and share the beauty of this paradise with others.
