The Lanzarote Airport recorded 275 national and international flights over the New Years weekend.
Those who chose to spend New Years celebrations on Lanzarote were treated to fine weather with plenty of sunshine and little to no rain. The beaches in the resorts were busy as always with tourists and residents enjoying the warm weather at the start of the year.
2023 airport arrivals
2023 proved a busy year for the island with record numbers and resorts that seemed full to the brim. Here are the total number of arrivals for each month of 2023 (excluding December as they are yet to be announced by Lanzarote’s Data Centre):
