Swimming prodigy Kennedy Denby was awarded the trophy for Best Under-18 Sportsperson at the recent Outstanding Sports Awards organised by the Cabildo.
Kennedy was unable to attend the ceremony, as she was training in Andorra after competing for England in Sweden, but she left a video message while her father Mark picked the trophy on her behalf. Next stop will be the Spanish Championships in Majorca.
