Jane McDonald arrives at Lanzarote at 9pm tonight on Channel 5.
The singer and TV presenter touches down on the Fire Island in the last episode of her four-part series, The Canary Islands With Jane McDonald.
Jane has already visited Gran Canaria, Tenerife and Fuerteventura, but tonight she saves the best until last, landing on Lanzarote and visiting Teguise, Jameos del Agua, Timanfaya and a local winery.
Jane also goes in quest of the legendary Spoon In Concrete, the elusive item of cutlery that has become a cult tourist attraction in Playa Blanca. After her visit, she says of Lanzarote “It’s truly been a little island of happiness.”
The Canary Islands with Jane McDonald is on Channel 5 this evening at 9pm (UK & Canarian time).
