The Guardia Civil have opened an investigation after a video was published on social media platforms showing a motorcyclist driving on various roads at over 200 kilometres per hour.
The video shows the motorcyclist, along with others, driving at over 200 kilometres per hour, turning corners at tight angles, driving with their hands off of the handlebars and performing wheelies.
