What’s got gigantic yellow eyes, huge red lips and has just won Arrecife’s Tourism Award for 2022?
The answer is any of the cruise ships from the German AIDA line, whose startling features have been a familiar presence at the cruise port at Puerto del los Marmoles for several years.
Arrecife Ayuntamiento has decided to reward the German company’s loyalty with a presentation of the award today.
Those luscious lips and gorgeous eyes can be seen once agin on the 26th October, when the Aida Aura makes its first stop of the season at Arrecife. Sister ships the Nova, Stella and Mar will also make regualr stops over the winter months as part of Canarian, Atlantic and European cruise packages.
