Yesterday afternoon, firefighters were called to help an elderly woman who had suffered a fall in her home in Arrecife.
According to emergency services, at approximately 8pm an 80-year-old woman had suffered a fall in her home on calle Gregorio Marañón in Arrecife.
Firefighters entered the home to find the 80-year-old on the floor, an ambulance arrived to transfer her to the Dr Jose Molina Orosa Hospital to asses and injuries that may have been caused by the fall.
