Electric car fire in Playa Blanca

Yesterday, fire fighters were called to the parking at a hotel in Playa Blanca after reports of a car fire.

At approximately 3am yesterday, emergency services were called to a hotel on calle Maciot in Playa Blanca after reports of a car fire.

Upon arrival, fire fighters found an electric vehicle on fire. The source of the fire appeared to be close to one of the front tyres.

The fire was safely extinguished; however, the vehicle was badly damaged as a result. No injuries were reported.
